Zerbion renovates luxurious historical residences throughout Northern Italy – period palazzos and apartments, elegant main floors, country cottages and cabins, with a special focus on buildings subject to Cultural Heritage restrictions -, transforming them into functional contemporary dwellings. Zerbion also carries out personalized searches, finding the perfect residence based on the client’s desires and needs.
Timeless contemporary living is made possible through a meticulous restoration and renovation process and the selection of luxurious but minimal furnishings and décor that let the charm of period interiors shine through. Refined custom-built elements and conscientiously-chosen products dialogue with the space’s cultural heritage, architecture and historical character.
Vittorio Radice and his son Tommaso founded Zerbion in late 2019, a family business bringing together the family’s many passions for art, design, history and a love for their country.
After five decades working with the world’s finest architects and designers, developing commercial real estate projects across the globe for international retailers, Vittorio continues to follow his passion on a smaller scale overseeing all creative aspects of Zerbion’s project. Following his studies at the University of Warwick and ESCP Business School, and an exciting 5 year spell spearheading design installations for ‘La Rinascente’ department store in Milan, Tommaso now manages Zerbion's everyday business from the company’s head office, a Land Rover Defender, travelling around Italy looking for small residential jewels to add to the collection.
