A unqiue 300-square-meter penthouse apartment in in one of Milan's most prominent twentieth century rationalist palazzi, completely renovated and furnished by Zerbion with luxury materials and finishings. The floors are all in parquet planks, lending warmth and character to the space. The minimal, contemporary custom furnishings, cabinetry and kitchen were discerningly chosen to complement the style of the apartment and make the best use of its division into different zones. The architectural plan by Aldo Cibic reworked the spatial geography in a contemporary key, while at the same time maintaining a great respect for tradition.
